NOTE: Participants registered for a Focus Session and who complete the two hours will receive a certificate with their name pre-printed on it. This certificate can be used for CDA (Child Development Associate). The following two hour Focus Sessions run concurrently with the one hour Workshops.

A Playing to Get Smart: How Children Learn Through Play

Time spent in play is time well invested. Children learn nearly everything important through play. A great deal of evidence exists that supports the value of play-based learning.

B Raising Sensory Smart Kids: Tips for Teachers and Caregivers
