Trainings from Child Care Resources
Training facilitators have at least a BA in Early Childhood or related field AND experience providing child care.

Trainings with a fee must be paid one week in advance.  
 Training Vouchers from Kent Regional 4C Child and Adult Care Food Program (Home Child Care Providers only) can be used for any training for a fee. Must be mailed to CCR.

The Basics of Child Care - FREE

INFANT & TODDLER TRAININGS FREE

Infant Toddler trainings - LIMIT TWO (2) REGISTRATIONS PER CENTER 
Caring for Infants & Toddlers PART B
Pre-Requisite: Foundations or Part A 
(Take Parts B & C in any order)		 I/T Part B: December 5 & 6 (Friday & Saturday), in Kalamazoo

Infant Child and Adult CPR and/or First Aid: New and/or Re-Certification - $
  • Bring a Self Addressed Stamped Envelope to class to have CARD/CERTIFICATE MAILED TO YOU  
  Safe Sleep/Shaken Baby Correspondence Course - $10.00

Register when YOU are READY - Assignment MUST be completed and returned within 2 weeks of the date it is mailed from CCR. [1.5 hours]

Important Information about CCR Trainings for a Fee

  • Pre-Payment is required. Due at least one week before the class

  • CCR may cancel a class due to low enrollment. (20 participants are required to hold a class.)

  • Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE for classes that are scheduled and held accordingly.

  • Reimbursement will be given ONLY if the class is cancelled.

  • Certificates will be given only to those who complete the entire training.
